Whether you are an avid outdoorsman with a love for angling or just want a weekend away to enjoy with the family – look no further! Christina Lake Lodge is located on highway 881, 158 km south of Fort McMurray (coordinates 55°37’21’N 110°52’42’W). Situated in the hamlet of Conklin, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy northern Alberta’s natural beauty.

Christina Lake offers some of the best fishing in northeast Alberta. The 18 km long lake has six permanent inlets and one permanent outlet - the Jackfish River, with a total surface area of 21.3 km². Species include Walleye, Northern Pike, Whitefish and Burbot. It doesn’t matter if you are learning to fish for the first time or a seasoned vet, there is ample opportunity for all.

Guests have the option to rent a boat or bring their own. There are 11 new rental boats, all are 16’ aluminum Yamaha G3 boats paired with a 20 hp four stroke Yamaha stern-drive outboard. Our boat launch is able to accommodate boats of all sizes.

Stay in one of our rustic lake front cabins and enjoy the most picturesque sunsets in northern Alberta. Our lake front cabins are an open log house concept with beds and linens, kitchenette, satellite TV, free WiFi access and washroom. Each cabin also has a BBQ on the front deck. Spacious multi-bedroom cabins are also available. For the ultimate outdoor enthusiast, bring along your tent or trailer and stay in our family friendly campground with access to a large network of ATV trails.

Other amenities offered include a convenience store with snacks and ice cream, fishing equipment and tackle, fuel sales, food services (dine in or take out) and firewood.

Christina Lake Lodge is dedicated to the proactive and responsible management of Alberta’s fishing resource to ensure future generations will be able to enjoy this pristine natural environment.
